Precision Lock & Key started the way most great things do — out of a desire to do things the right way. Ben has been a mobile locksmith since July 2014, spending eight years working for one of Spokane's most reputable locksmiths. Over that time, he helped grow the business from the ground up, mastering everything from residential rekeying to complex commercial access control systems — all while working out of a van, going directly to the customer.
But Ben had a vision for something more — a locksmith company that put the customer experience first, every single time. So he took the leap and launched Precision Lock & Key.
Greg came to Spokane from California six years ago, bringing a unique background from the vehicle industry. From towing and repossession work to installing aftermarket security alarm systems, Greg developed an instinct for vehicles and a no-nonsense work ethic. When his previous employer held him back from reaching his full potential, he knew it was time for a change.
That's when Ben and Greg joined forces. Their combined skill sets — Ben's deep mobile locksmith expertise and Greg's automotive and security background — created the well-rounded team Spokane needed.
